MicroSkills™ HI-TEK University is proud to be working in a country with one of the highest percentages of people speaking English as a second language in all of Asia. We are implementing a very rigorous, but effective educational program that provides the finest techniques in ESL. As a supplement to our ESL program, MicroSkills™ HI-TEK University will deliver classes to develop skills using the Internet as research tools. This program is appropriately titled "Internet as a Second Language" (ISL). ISL classes will assure that our graduates can competently communicate throughout the world when working in the Information Technology (IT) fields, and thereby increase customer satisfaction, company productivity and efficiency. |

 English as a Second Language will be a prerequisite to MicroSkills™ certification programs. As Vietnam moves more deeply into the world economy, English speaking skills speed development. These skills will play an important role in our economic growth path. While it is not our goal to replace Vietnamese as our native language, we will supplement our language skills to better communicate in a world economy. |
