then traveled again to Hanoi for very productive policy and
strategy sessions with the leaders in the IT field. Here we
just finished up a meeting with VNPT, VDC and VASC. |

strategy sessions we then met in intense working groups to make
plans to get our programs in place. VDC hosted this meeting
with our Hi-Tek team. |
