One
of the hardest and least recognized areas of IT development is developing
policies, which protect and promote. The Internet is a
complicated concept and we applaud the efforts and results of DGPT
in creating new policies to safeguard the people and enterprise.
Mr. Hai is one of the unsung heroes of Vietnams progress in this
area.

Mr.
David Thanh, is the Standing Vice-Chairman of the Business Association
of Overseas Vietnamese in Ho Chi Minh City. He is a great
advocate for doing business in Vietnam. He is also a wonderful host.
At his My Village we all enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
From men like David we can learn more of the culture and how we
may
better serve the people.

Aside
from working and eating, Microskills President Bart Saxey and I
took a little time for fun. Mr. Saxey also drove around Ho Chi Minh
on a motorcycle, the only visitor I know to have done so.
