One of the hardest and least recognized areas of IT development is developing policies, which protect and promote. The Internet is a
complicated concept and we applaud the efforts and results of DGPT in creating new policies to safeguard the people and enterprise. Mr. Hai is one of the unsung heroes of Vietnams progress in this area.

Mr. David Thanh, is the Standing Vice-Chairman of the Business Association of Overseas Vietnamese in Ho Chi Minh City. He is a great
advocate for doing business in Vietnam. He is also a wonderful host. At his My Village we all enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
From men like David we can learn more of the culture and how we may
better serve the people.

Aside from working and eating, Microskills President Bart Saxey and I took a little time for fun. Mr. Saxey also drove around Ho Chi Minh on a motorcycle, the only visitor I know to have done so.

Hanoi is rich in history. Its' architecture reflects its' amazing past and present. In the background is one of its' many beautiful lakes.
